Data Deletion Instructions

MAKH Social users can remove workspace data from the dashboard or request full workspace deletion. The product does not collect social media passwords.

Delete individual records

Inside the dashboard, users can delete posts, approvals, schedules, media assets, media folders, presets, and saved social handles from their workspace.

Disconnect a social handle

On Social Handles, use Disconnect to remove the local connection state and clear token placeholders for that handle. Once real token exchange is enabled, this flow should also revoke provider tokens when the platform supports revocation.

Request full workspace deletion

Workspace owners and admins can use Settings to export workspace data or clear workspace content after typing the exact workspace name. This keeps the account, team, settings, and audit trail in place.

Request full account deletion

Send a deletion request with the account email and workspace name. The workspace owner must verify the request before MAKH Social removes the workspace and account records from the demo environment.
